This national site acts as a central information centre, assisting those dealing with your estate to easily identify the existence and location of your Will, Deeds and other valuable Documents.

As a registered member, you can nominate specific individuals or professionals including lawyers, solicitors and loved ones, to identify the existence of your important Documents and locate where they are stored. This information can be accessed on our online database quickly and easily from anywhere in the world.

Upon registering, you'll receive your own personalised member account that lists all your registered Documents. All registered Documents are assigned a unique registration number and a registration certificate.

* The Australian Registry of Wills, Deeds and Documents does NOT store any original Wills, Deeds or Documents. It is a member's sole responsibility to ensure the safety and security of where any original Documents are kept.

  • Custodian of Will and Documents
  • Responsible person's name/phone/email
  • Details of people nominated to access registered information**

* Owner details include: full name, address, mobile number, email, date of birth, place of birth.
** Nominee details include: full name, date of birth, place of birth, relationship status, email (optional).
